more as it grew in length and girth.

“I think your prick likes me, in spite of my insults.” I fluttered my lashes coyly as Harrison groaned with every upward stroke. For good measure, I cupped his balls in my palm and squeezed.

“Fuck . . .” He swallowed hard. “Babe, you have no idea how much my dick likes you. He can’t wait to get inside you.” Grinding his teeth as he changed the vehicle’s gears, he whipped the SUV through the traffic, suddenly in a mad rush to get home.

“Is that right, Mr. Summers?” I teased, licking my lips as seductively as I could, hoping I didn’t look like an idiot.

It was easy enough to give him my body.

The sex was electrifying. He had my core clenching at his mere touch, anticipating what was coming. And with Harrison, it was always a surprise.

A part of me loved being dominated. Sometimes not making decisions was liberating. I could let go and follow his instructions, knowing that I’d be safe. Because in spite of everything Harrison was, I trusted him with my life. I didn’t understand why, but I knew he would never hurt me physically.

But my mind and heart?

He’d smash them to pieces in a heartbeat. He’d break my heart with his cold and distant demeanor, mess with my mind, and drive me crazy. I would simply never allow that—Harrison could control my body, but he’d never control all of me unless he changed.

This was dangerous territory—being overridden with lust for a man I got completely lost in when we were together, and trying to keep it to sex only. A part of me wanted to give him the chance to show me that there was more to him than hatred and revenge—that he indeed was capable of loving and caring.

Was he?

“Babe, keep looking at me like that and I’ll pull this vehicle over and fuck you right here.” He lowered his voice to a sexy rasp. “After I smack your ass for teasing me, of course.”

“Ohhh, I love when you play bad cop. Are you going to handcuff me to the steering wheel too?” A flare of heat ran through my body and caused my core to clench.

As long as we stuck to fucking, I’d be okay. If I could handle a cheating senator, an angry cop wasn’t that bad. And the sex was way better. Harrison knew how to blow my mind.

The sideways glare he gave me had me squirming in my seat. His jaw clenched in the typical Harrison way he did when he was unsure about something. The naughty grin that spread over his face should have been enough warning, but when he swerved the SUV into a dark parking lot, I caught my breath, my heart beating in my throat.

Surely he wouldn’t . . .

“I warned you I couldn’t wait. And now you’ve put ideas into my head. Is that what you want, baby? To ride me in my car?” His eyes blazed as he reached into the glove box and produced handcuffs.

Swinging the metal loops in front of my face, he waited for my reply. I swallowed hard. “Ummm, that was a joke,” I retorted, turned on by the lust in his eyes.

His mouth twitched. “Not according to your nipples, Eva. God, they’re practically begging for my mouth.”

“I'm cold,” I shot back, covering my breasts with my arms. The sheer white blouse I wore wasn’t doing much to keep me warm or prevent my nipples from showing through the lacy fabric of my bra. “You have the AC on full blast.”

“I’ll just have to warm you up then, won’t I?” He turned the ignition off and grabbed hold of my arm. His voice was low and gruff. “Turn around.”

In one swift movement, he raised the headrest behind me and pulled my wrist toward it. Before I knew what was happening, both wrists were cuffed to the metal prongs. The seat moved forward into a reclined position, my body stretched across its length with my cheek resting on the soft leather.

“You have no idea how beautiful you look. I can see your heartbeat in the veins of your neck . . . throbbing fast like a frightened deer. But I can't promise I’ll be gentle. You can't tease me and not expect consequences.”

I stared back at him, too stunned to make a sound. My core clenched, eager for his next move. It wouldn’t be gentle, but it would be exactly what I needed.
